2010 Special Assembly Day of Jehovah's Witnesses
The 2010 Special Assembly Day of Jehovah's Witnesses will be held from 9:50 a.m.-3:55 p.m. Aug. 15 at Conyers Assembly Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 125 Glenn Road NE, Conyers. The theme of this year's assembly is based on the Apostle Paul's urging at 1 Corinthians 7:29: "The Time Left is Reduced." Programs include: "Don't Use the World to the Full - But Fully Accomplish Your Ministry," and "The Time Left is Reduced - How Will You Use It?" Leslie Jones, a traveling representative of Jehovah's Witnesses, will lead the programs. Additional topic of interest include "The Scene of this World is Changing - How Does It Affect Us?" The program is designed to focus attention on what it means to be a Christian in the modern world, and how to live a life in imitation of Jesus Christ. Free and open to the public.
