Founder's Day Weekend 2010

Founder's Day Weekend 2010 Feb. 27-28 will mark Drs. R.L. and Ruby Yates and the Embrace Ministries Outreach Center's fourth year in ministry, as well as the official dedication of the new building located at 100 Grayson Industrial Parkway in Grayson. Hymn Festival

Symposium on "Vanishing Appalachia"

Author and preacher Barbara Brown Taylor, Butman professor of philosophy and Religion at Piedmont, will lead a symposium titled "Vanishing Appalachia: Keeping Faith on Uneven Ground" Feb. 19-20 examining the role of religion in Appalachian culture.
